How does a project start and how does the process work?
We start with a short intro call (WhatsApp, phone or online). Once your brand, goals and needs are clear, I prepare a written proposal with scope and timeline. We begin once you approve, I check in with you at key stages, and after delivery we measure the results together.
Do you work alone?
I lead the strategy, design and project coordination, and I'm always your point of contact. For areas that need extra specialist skills, such as video shooting and production or ad management, I work with trusted teammates I've collaborated with for years, so every part of the job is in experienced hands.
How long does a project take?
It depends on the scope. A single campaign design can take a few days, while a brand identity or website usually takes a few weeks. I share a clear timeline with the proposal, and you always know where we are.
Do you work with brands in other cities?
Yes. We hold meetings online and handle files and approvals digitally, so it doesn't matter where your brand is based.
How is pricing determined?
Every brand's needs are different, so I don't have a fixed price list. Pricing depends on the scope, the timeline and whether the work is one-off or ongoing. After a short call I send you a clear, itemised proposal.
One-off project or ongoing support?
Both. We can work on one-off projects such as a logo, a website or a campaign, or set up a regular monthly collaboration for ongoing work like social media, ads and SEO.
Do you provide support after delivery?
Yes. I'm here for website updates, small changes and performance tracking; we can continue with monthly support or on a per-task basis.
